Once you've installed MCE Video Settings, you can set the parameters for your TV tuner card by clicking the icon of MCE Video Settings. This icon can be found in the Windows XP "Start" menu, under: Programs / Accessories / Media Center.

When you start the application, the following window will appear:

First select your TV tuner device in the upper drop-down list.

Once you've done that, you can modify the settings by moving the sliders.
If you want to see the effect of changing the settings, open the Media Center application in a window and start viewing "Live TV". If you now move one of the sliders, you will see the effect (with a small delay) in the TV picture.

When you close the window, the settings will be remembered and effectuated every time you start up Windows XP Media Center Edition.
